New cards takes 24 hours for the information to be downloaded to the library system.
If your cards barcode is damaged you will need to get a new card from Campus Central.
If it is not damaged, check the card at the self-service machines. If it works at one and not the other, contact the library regarding the problem.
Otherwise, please bring the card to Campus Central where we will investigate the problem further.
If your card will not work in the photocopier 24 hours after it has been printed, please bring it back to Campus Central and we will investigate and issue a new card at no charge.
